If I joined my company in Aug 2019, it would be 3 years in Aug 2022. Vesting schedule for employer match is 3 years and the matching contributions are made in Jan 2020, Jan 2021, Jan 2022, Jan 2023… When would it be fully vested? Is it Aug 2022 or Jan 2023? Thanks!

This varies from company to company. Vesting can be for years of employment, or years since each match. Ask HR.
For my company, you have to work a certain amount of hours per calendar year to meet the vesting schedule. So I would say your first 5months wouldn’t count of it’s anything like mine. But on my 401k portal, it tells me how vested I am. Maybe yours has the same feature?
Depends on the hours worked every year. Most plans define a year of service as 1000 hours worked in a year. Assuming your plan year ends in December, did you have 1k hours between your DOH and December 31, 2019? If so, that’s one year of service. Do the same math for 2020 and 2021. If you have all three years with 1k hours, then you have three years of vesting credit. In this scenario you’d be fully vested at the end of 2021.
